Lesson Duration and Cost: Weekly lessons are available in two durations, 30-minute lessons and 60-minute lessons. Please contact me for pricing.
Lesson Summary Emails: After each lesson, you will receive an email summarizing the content covered during the lesson and providing guidance on what to practice for the upcoming week.
Payment Procedure: Invoices will be sent out at the beginning of each month. Payments are due on the 10th of each month and can be made via Venmo or Paypal.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for the lesson. If 24-hour notice is not provided, the lesson will be charged as scheduled. Makeup credits will be provided for cancellations with greater than 24 hours notice, which can be redeemed at any time for a future lesson. Please note that makeup sessions cannot be exchanged for credit towards future tuition payments.
Vacation Time Policy: If I plan to take time off, I will provide advance notice to all students and make arrangements to reschedule missed lessons or provide alternative learning materials during my absence. Similarly, if you plan to take time off for vacations or other commitments, please notify me as soon as possible so that we can make appropriate arrangements for your lessons.
Illness Policy: I understand that sickness can sometimes prevent you from attending your scheduled lesson. If you are feeling unwell and need to cancel last minute due to illness, please inform me as soon as possible. While the standard cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice, I am committed to being flexible and understanding in such circumstances. If you need to cancel due to illness, please reach out to me, and I will do my best to accommodate your situation. Your health and well-being are important, and I want to support you in prioritizing them. In instances of illness, I may waive the cancellation fee and provide a makeup credit for the missed lesson.
Withdrawal Policy: Students may withdraw from lessons at any time without penalty. Upon withdrawal, students will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of their payment.
